The Internet Society, in collaboration and knowledge partnership with New Delhi based Digital Empowerment Foundation is organising a South Asia regional conference in New Delhi, India on September 17, 2009. The conference, part of the Internet Society's INET series of regional conferences, will be focused on Internet Technology for Digital Inclusion with the theme "Towards an Enabling Internet Access Environment".
